I am using an Android Tablet and can not log into the app.
One other thing to consider is ensuring you are using login credentials from the account that is linked to the Gateway. Some people have multiple Shaw accounts but only the account, and subsequent Online Customer login and email address from that account, will work in the app.

Oh no! Are you getting an error message when trying to login? What option are you using to try and login (email or customer center)?
I am getting that the user name or account is not recognized. I have tried both accounts, and had no luck with either.
Hi there firstname.lastname@example.org! In order to log in you have to use either your Shaw email address + password, or your Shaw online customer care username/password.
In order to make sure you are using the correct credentials, please try logging in to your Shaw Webmail or your Online Customer Care account. If you're able to log in here, but not on the Gateway Go app, please let us know.
If you aren't able to log in to your Webmail or Online Customer Care account, then you may have to reset your password for them. Please check below for instructions on how to do so.
