Does this answer to "Needs provisioning" still apply, as I am unable to properly connect my Galaxy S5 to my Exchange2010 and I am an admin.
Hi there pauljm,
I've branched your comment off in to it's own thread as the thread you replied to is over two years old. We'd like to refrain from bumping up such old threads.
What happens when you try to set up your Galaxy S5? Are you getting any error messages during setup? We actually have some instructions here for email setup on Android devices, so please check the document and double check all of the settings match up with what it instructs you to do there. If you're still having issues, please let us know.
Hi pauljm, are you still having issues connecting your Galaxy S5 to Exchange 2010? Were the settings at How to setup email on an Android device successful for you? If not, what error messages are you seeing?
Yeah, needs provisioning is for extra ActiveSync features that Shaw doesn't care about, an example would be requiring a password
So this is normal
