I noticed my internet usage report @ my.shaw.ca/CustomerCentre/InternetModemUsage
...has not reset with the new billing cycle.
Anyone else have this problem -known issue?
We are having a bit of an issue with the tool that reports monthly usage. As you've noticed, it hasn't reset to the new billing cycle yet. I've sent it up for review and hope to have it fixed soon.
