I am in the exact same boat. Speeds since Sunday have been attrocious. What information do you need to get this sorted out?

Thanks gwo! It looks like you're not in the area of Alberta that we were having major issues in (addressed in the thread you originally posted in) so it may be something else. What kind of speed test results are you seeing when you test your speeds, and what internet package do you subscribe to?
I am on the High Speed 25 plan and during peak evening hours I was seeing about 1Mbps up/down. So far this evening I am getting 14 or so down and 2.5 up according to the Shaw speed test. It could just be massive congestion, but I am not really interested in paying for a 25 MB plan and only getting 1.5 in the evenings (when I am generally online)
I will update this thread if the speeds worsen
