DCX3510m doesnt record entire show

Just curious if anyone else out there encounters the problem where their recordings are cut short?  I have the DCX3510m.  I also have received the message "a timeshift error has occurred".  Shaw has already sent out a tech to replace the hardware, new unit, same recording problems, and they dont have any answers on the 'timeshift' error.


Would love to hear any input from anyone having had the same problem
