This is my first time here and I am hoping someone can help me.

Somehow the ports that I need open have been closed, no idea how to do this...I tried to figure it out but still not

working and now I am worried I might of open ports I shouldn't have an am now vulnerable.

I know nothing about ports and such and really need some help so my 'rogersonenumber' program will work again.

Rogers gave me this information and said that this is what I need to do...

Enter in the following protocol and port information:

SIP/TLS ports 5060/5061

Port 5061 will need to be open for TLR signalling

RTP Range 10000-30000 (access)

RTP Range 49152-65535 (client)

The RTP/RTCP ports are required for media (audio and video)

Port 554 & 8554, both TCP and UDP should be enabled for audio

(these are standard RTSP ports)  for cisco
