The time on our portal just shows 12:00. must have happened overnight. our other portal displays the correct time. Can i change the time somehow? i looked in the menu and all i can do is change the brightness.
Try unplugging it for a few seconds then plug it back in. It should "call home" and hopefully sort itself out.
The portal might have somehow lost its connection to the Gateway sometime overnight. I would check to make sure that the coaxial cable is secure on both the back of the portal and the wall outlet.
Next, pull the power cord to the portal for 30 seconds to reboot it and help it reconnect to the Gateway. If that doesn't restore the proper time, let me know and I'll reset it from my side for you.
Where you able to watch TV when the time was wrong?
