I can't remember what the name of the digital assistant that customers can ask questions of and be provided with a link to the answer... I think it has 3 letters in it, but can't remember what it's called! LOL.. help!
Her name was Amy and it is with heavy heart that I report that she has retired. But don’t worry, she has been provided with quite a handsome retirement package. And she is planning on moving to a small Caribbean island to open a holistic healing yoga and meditation studio—her lifelong dream.

Ask questions in the discussions forum like you are now and also browse the self-help sections under "TV" "Internet" and "Phone" to find self-help documents to assist you.
You might say that [shaw]andrew is the new and improved Ask Amy.
We do have a slight advantage being human and all.
