Your technician drilled a hole through my siding

Yesterday a Shaw technician came out to replace an old cable line under our deck. After he declared the problem fixed and had left, I discovered that his method for "fixing" the problem was to drill a hole through the siding of my house and into the family room. He ran a line from under my deck - which he also drilled a hole in - across the sidewalk (the line is literally laying on the sidewalk and down into the window well) and into the hole he drilled in the siding. The hole is "sealed" with a heaping mass of clear goo. Clearly this is not an acceptable method for fixing the issue with our cable. My house literally has a hole drilled right through it, and this will require repair as soon as possible. I have emailed through your website. Please respond asap.
