I have had Gateway for a month and it has been nothing but trouble. 

Had to call in at least 5 times (that I can remember) and have been given a different excuse as to why it isn't working.  Only one channel works and all the rest say to call in to subscribe.  Every time they fix it and a few days later it happens again.  Okay, so the Gateway box was replaced today and now one of the portals can not find the Gateway and none of the guide info works - it just shows numbers - no channels or program info.  I AM SO FRUSTRATED!!!  I had Telus for over a year before I moved and would kill to have it back - way better and easier to deal with.  I pay over $200 a month for my bundle and feel like I'm getting ripped off.  Come on, Shaw, get your act together!  Who do I need to get a hold of to get reliable service so the movie doesn't get locked up when we have friends over watching it?
