Are you referring to updating your packaging choices?
As a customer you are never required to update / upgrade the choice in package you have with Shaw. We will from time to time release new package offers that will sometimes better suit a customer's needs than a package they may have been on previously. We're all about making sure our customers are on the right package that meet their entertainment needs. It is possible that we might be able to make some changes to your account based on what your specific needs are.
