New Gateway system, two portals. One of them has lost the time display, just 5 little lights. How do I turn the time back on? thanks
Hmm, and you have tried rebooting the portal correct?
There is a reset button on the back you can press for 6 seconds let's try that first:
Might be the brightness setting. Go into setting and look for portal settings and adjust brightness. Link below to help:

Nope, not the brightness setting. That was the first thing I checked. There are just the little lights no numbers.
Could you post a picture of what you are seeing?
The gateway portal will show the time on the front panel.
But the main gateway unit will just show the status indicator lights lit up:
If the brightness settings are fine, then we may need to replace your portal.

ok ,time is back. I had tried unplugging, waiting 30 seconds and that didn't help but this seems to have worked. You could put in a suggestion for me about enabling it to show the channel like my Pacer did. It should just be a firmware change.

The channel # on the front panel instead of the time suggestion has been brought up previously a few times, there is a feature request currently in for this.
Glad you got it sorted out... power cycling was going to be my next suggestion. Cheers.
