Hello Support, I have lost my closed captioning, and, despite my best efforts, have been unable to restart
it. I did go to the Settings Options on Shaw gateway/Arris and made sure that the captioning was "on."
but, despite this check, there are still no captions on either recorded or live shows. Any suggestions as to
what I'm doing wrong - and I have no doubt that the change is, indeed, my fault. Many thanks. jill
