I have an e-mail on hold, but the computer will not send, because it says there is no address to match. I checked my contact list and the correct address as I typed it is definitely there. What's up with that?
No address to match?
What is giving you that error? I quick internet search, does not bring up that error message from any program.
Have you confirmed that the address is in the proper format of local-part@domain? For example, a good address would be: firstname.lastname@example.org
You can receive errors if the address has spaces, is missing the @, or missing the end of the domain (in this case, ".ca").
I recommend deleting it from your address book and re-entering it again. Just in case.
Try typing the same address at the link below. This will verify if the email address is in fact receiving mail.
