I'm having problem adding an attachment to my shaw webmail. Kept on clicking but nothing happens. Any advice?
Are you using a computer? Or mobile device? (tablet or phone)
I'm using a desktop computer.
Try going into Options, and setting to Basic, then try again (may need to log-out and log back in)
Or can you try a different browser?

No, I think the problem is with my Internet web browser. I have Internet Explorer 11. But when I'm at Google Chrome, I'm able to add an attachment. Don't know how to fix it at Internet Explorer.

Thanks for the help Ali. I think I'm good switching to Google Chrome when using Shaw webmail.
I have the same issue except in mobile webmail. There actually is no option to add an attachment. I have switched from Standard Ajax to Basic, signed out and back in, no difference. I have changed my preferences to all the options (again, signed out and back in after each change) I have also tested on 2 devices. Is this even an option?
With the mobile version, adding attachments is not currently available.
