Zimbra Desktop Setup

I know quite a few of you are looking for a way to sync your ALL your mail folders to your computer thinking that it's not possible, well think again.

In order to do this all one needs to do is download and install Zimbra Desktop (if Zimbra sounds familiar it's the same platform SHAW uses for their servers).

To set it up is quite simple, choose your account type as Zimbra and you will see the following window.


Enter your account name, your email address, your password and then for the incoming server use wm.shaw.ca

Leave everything else at defaults and then click the green button that says Validate and Save. It may take a while to sync all your messages and folders depending on your connection speed and the amount of email you have.
