No kidding. My wife wanted to watch Sharknado 2 on Space (channel 45) and the screen is black, no sound. Any news on the missing signal?
No moderators on right now,
I don't get Space, otherwise I would check here.
What about SpaceHD? Same thing? Or do you have one of the new terminals where you can't pick the HD vs the SD feed?
All Bell Media channels have gone dark with the exception of the local CTVs. Most likely an issue on Bell's end and not Shaw's.
For me every it's like every other HD channel doesn't work.
Don't know why I'm paying $100 a month for Gateway when service goes down and support people just say I'll have to wait and give no explanation to what the problem is.
And why does it always take such a long time to get through to a support person at Shaw? I've never had short than a 30 minute wait.
Glad I'm not using any other services other than TV. Maybe time for a change, especially when Gateway is flaky. The old Motorola box was much more stable and the PVR wasn't so damn loud.
Looks like there may have been a brief issue with the feed from this station. Definitely let us know if you notice this again.
robertz we'd be happy to look into this further if you could provide some additional information here. When you say every other HD channel doesn't work, what are you noticing? For example, are some channels showing a black screen when you tune to them? Are you seeing pixelation/freezing of the picture? Is it an intermittent problem where the channel will be working some times but not at other times?
I am a Shaw customer, and yet Space is the only channel gone dark here. Why? I am surprised it is happening again.
I have replied to you in Re: When is Space channel, in Fort McMurray, Ab, ever going to go bk online? It's the only channel not working, and yes,…, to avoid having a duplicate discussion for this I will be locking this one.
