I only have internet now. Mostly due to cost plus I watch very little tv.

When I moved to this house  there were three outlets I was able to use. I did for awhile have tv phone & internet but

as I really did not need all three I cancelled all but my internet.

The outlets were not disconnected and I was able to move my computer to another room. At one point I needed a service

call and when the tech found out the others were on they were disconnected, leaving me one in the kitchen for my computer.

When I called and said I really would like at least one other turned on so I could move my pc to another room when I want

I was told

I would need to order basic tv  to have this plus charged for the connection. I'm sorry but I don't see where me having two

outlets warrants having to have cable service for tv again?

Is there a "real" reason it is this way? No one I talk to  seems to have one?
