Excessive ARP traffic from Shaw router

Hey all, I recently noticed a constant stream of traffic coming in and was wondering if this is something new or something broken? I don't recall ever seeing it before.

Once I began looking into what it might be, I discovered that it was ARP broadcasts from Shaw's router (my next hop).

Can anyone from Shaw confirm if this is normal? I grabbed about a 30 second log of the incoming ARP broadcasts for your viewing pleasure.

Thanks in advance...
