Outlook 2013, can't add additional accounts

My new system included Office 2013, I previously was on Outlook 2007. I had four Shaw email accounts linked, none had any access issues. I made a backup of my Outlook settings in a .pst file and transferred it over. All my existing folders and mails were transferred correctly. I started setting up my accounts again, first account works fine, but I can not get any of the other three to work. All have the same error in that the server will not accept my password. I know the passwords are fine, I access each account via webmail. I've changed all the passwords anyway, but still the server rejects them, even though webmail accepts. I've tried both options; new outlook data file and to use the existing data file without any success. I'm at a loss as to why no other accounts will work.
