I have been experiencing this issue since one night in November, 2013. I called Shaw tech support last December, they did online checking from their side and couldn't find problems, I went to Shaw store have my modem changed, didn't work as well. Then they send two people came to my home had some tests and replaced few hub and cables, still didn't solve the problem.
I left Canada for about 7 months and just came back in August, and hoping the problem would be solved when I came back, but it's still there.
Attached snapshots are some tests I have done today. I used both my desktop(wired) and laptop(wireless) to do them.
Any one, if possible, please tell me what's wrong with my ping.
