Under My PVR>Options>Series options, it's blank, nothing. There should be 100+ series scheduled to record.
I rebooted both Gateway and Portal with no resolve.
I used concierge chat. I was instructed to yank the cord on both. Still no series recordings.
I was then instructed to call Arris Gateway support themselves.
I'm to angry at the moment. I have decided to eat, then play some TF2 and deal with this later.....not a happy camper!!!
