I am having trouble logging into my Shaw Self serve account from the Shaw Go app. I can log in on my Mac with no problems but when I try to login using the app I get "We're sorry; we can't get you signed in. Please double-check your information and try again." I am using he same information for the Shaw Go app that I use on my mac. I have tried using the forgot password route but the website that the app takes me too does not recognize my @sasktel.net email address. Looking for some help.
