When people are calling my line, the voicemail does not activate - it just keeps ringing and ringing... I believe I have everything in place and did not change anything. What is wrong?
Can you check that your Voicemail has not been deactivated? More information on this available here:

Hi Jeff - thanks for the tip...it really helped (and to be honest, I was not aware Shaw had phone features that can be managed online!?). I am not sure how it was deactivated, but it's back on and working fine. Thank you again!
