My wife and I will be gone for almost 2 months on vacation. What are the policies and procedures for suspending service (TV & internet) while we are away? I've looked all through the website, and I can't find anything on this other than a few posts in the lounge.
To be clear, I would like to know...
1) policies (can you do it, how much lead time is needed, how much lead is need to turn it back on, how often can you do it, for how long can you do it)
3) process - how do you actually do this? There is clearly no "customer friendly" way to do this, so please advise...
