In order to get better WIFI it was suggested I move my WIFI router to the Main floor from its upstairs location.  I have been running a Mac upstairs direct to the Modem.  We also have 2 iPhones, 2 iPads, a Macbook and 2 Windows Laptops . We also have an Airport Extreme.  The upstairs location has a MOCA Adapter between the wall and the Cisco modem.

I want to move the modem to the main floor where the current connection is a single one to my Shaw Gateway (PVR).  I am guessing I need a splitter of which I have 3:  First :-  Monster Cable 2 GHz three way splitter  low loss output 5MHz-1GHz: -5.7dB / 1 GHz- 2 GHz: -8.9dB  Second;-   Tru Spec DSVSB-2G 5-1000 MHz with 2 -3.5dB outputs and Third has 2 4dB outputs.  Are any of these any good for my situation?

How do I relocate and connect all this?
