Outgoing emails going to junk box

Hello ladies and gents,

 

I have been using Shaw business web-mail for my business email and I've noticed that when sending some test emails that my emails have been going to the junk folder on the receiving end. I don't understand why this is happening and I can't find any configuration or preferences anywhere that would make them go to the inbox.

 

Right now the MX record is set to this mail server: exchange: mail.shawcable.com

 

Can someone please tell me what I can do to fix this problem. I'm a business and I can't have my email going to other peoples junk box. It's not profesional.
