I want to switch the location of my TV and wireless modem. I emailed Shaw and got this response: "The internet modem and the digital cable terminal both use a standard coaxial (television) cable to connect to a coaxial outlet on the wall. You may use the existing cables in your living room to connect to your internet modem." I then moved the modem and connected it to what was the TV cable. My computer showed that I had full wi-fi connection but I could not connect at all. Obviously I have to change some setting, somewhere to connect again? Thanks for any help.
