I have no option to watch tv online nor order a movie with my account. It does work on my computer

This sort of issue can be fixed from our end in most cases. I can take another look at things from here for you if need be. Can you please provide a bit more detail to help narrow things down?
Both and I can order thu cable box now though it had to be rebooted a few times.
I have tried my emal and customer centre id.
If I use another account ie: my daughters then options are available online.
Would really like the computer option as it is my second tv. lol
If you are able to order through your cable box, are you able to view it under 'My orders' selection on vod.shaw.ca? If you could please try logging in and see if it has the option to watch once ordered that would greatly help us in understanding.
So I rebooted. Again. And options back on tv. There are some in my orders but do not show online. And still no option to order or play online.
I can now no longer order through cable box again. I did earlier today but option gone again. So no option to add to orders.
