I Have a new bell iPhone and now can't send emails with data. It works with wifi but not with data. the cellular tab is checked. Can I get help.
Can you let me know how you've set up your email account on your new iPhone? Did you use Exchange Activesync or POP/SMTP? This document shows both methods: How to setup email on an iPhone/iPad on iOS 11 (iOS7, but the steps should be the same). If you can only send when connected to your home Wi-Fi, you might have used port 25 for outgoing.
Thanks, that confirms it, using 587 and SSL, which should work off-net, but can you try updating the server name to mail.shaw.ca instead? Honestly, would recommend the exchange setup, because this way, not only is all of your email going to be synced immediately with the server, but your contacts and calendar will as well.
