My TV has not been working well for the past week. Right now noIP appears on the box - what does that mean?

Thanks for taking the time to post on the Community! Very sorry to hear your TV is not working. This issue is actually related to the following alert we've posted:
HD Guide Cable Boxes - NoIP, PSLD, or other error
As the alert suggests, please try holding down the power button on the unit until it resets, and let us know if you're still unable to use the digital box.
