I have previously been able to access my shaw email account from my IPad, suddenly I cannot. The screen just "blinks" when I press done and nothing happens. I can access my account using the same information on my desktop.

Thanks for getting back to us! While Webmail will work on your iPad using Safari, I wouldn't recommend using it as it doesn't work very well. I'd suggest setting up your email on your iPad using the built-in email client. We have instructions available here on how to set that up. The email client is designed to work much more smoothly and conveniently through your iPad, rather than accessing your webmail through Safari.
On the subject of using Safari to access webmail, are you manually typing in your full email address + password when you sign in to Webmail on the device? Or are you selecting a saved email address and password that comes up automatically? If the latter, I'd recommend typing it in manually as the browser may have saved an incorrect login causing you to not be able to get in to webmail.

When you say it blinks when you press done and nothing happens, are you referring to when you're trying to set up your email address (instructions here)? We need more detail in regards to the steps you are taking to access your email and at what point it stops working.
I would also suggest fully powering down your iPad (by pressing down the sleep button at the top of the iPad) and powering it back up to see if the issue persist. Please get back to us with more details and we can take a closer look at what's going on here.

I am still having issues, plus, I couldn't figure out how to reply to your email, hopefully this works. On my Ipad, I select Safari, I go to the Shaw Webmail site, I input my username, and my password and press done. Nothing happens, I get a message that says my name and address don't exist. I I go onto my desk top computer, go onto Safari, go onto the shaw webmail site, input my email address and my password, I can connect to my account.
