I can't turn it off and no channels appear. What can I do. I tried to hit the tv button to reprogram it but nothing happened.
If your TV is displaying an error code or message such such as "One Moment Please...Channel Will Be Available Shortly" where you would expect your channels to be, this can most times be resolved by powercycling your digital TV box. To powercycle, simply disconnect the power from the digital TV box for five seconds, then reconnec power. You may find that you get a picture right away, but if the message is still displayed when you reconnect power, please contact a technical service representative for further assistance.
If you are not seeing a message on your TV but instead see just a black screen or static ("snow"), your TV set channel or input may have been changed accidentally. If your Shaw remote control has been set up to control this TV, try changing the TV channel by first pressing "TV" button on the remote, then change the channel (many TVs will need to be on channel 3 or 4 to get picture from the cable box so please see if there is picture on these channels). If your TV input has been accidentally changed, you can press the Video Source button (at the bottom of the remote) to select another TV input. You can also use the original remote control used for your TV set to change this.

I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM, WITH THE ERROR MSG SOaOO, BUT IT IS ON ALL 4 TV'S.........WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?
Error SOAOO, accompanied as always by the message "one moment please", is a sign that there is no signal to your digital box. If you still have the message on all four digital boxes, it might be an area outage or just an issue with the signal going to your home.
