how to block?
in preferences do you check off "Do not process additional filters"
Hi there firstname.lastname@example.org,
Just to add on to Lance's response, you can actually filter emails in Webmail so that any coming in from a particular sender will go directly to your junk or trash folder. If that's what you'd like to do, please give the following document a read-through: Webmail 2.0: Filters and Spam Settings
Unfortunately there's no direct way to just block an email address through webmail, but setting up a filter is the next best option.
In Shaw Webmail, you can create multiple filters to block or unblock (blacklist or whitelist) different email addresses or keywords. The default is for "do not process additional filters" to be clicked. I would recommend leaving it clicked so as not to cause conflict between your filters.
