Support for LTSS customers

I am an LTSS customer who had to disconnect the cable running to my dish and remove my dish for a renovation on my house. Once it was re-connect I have tried to get the receiver to work, but am unable to make it work. It came without any instruction manual and there doesn't seem to be any on line support. I called Shaw twice trying to get help but they refuse to provide any troubleshooting or support, nor will they provide contact info for outside support services. Does anyone know how to get my system working? I live in the Sylvan Lake Alberta area.
