Just recently, I have not been receiving my voicemails to my email account. Voicemails still get through on my answering machine, but not to my email account. I have a Shaw Phone and shaw email address. Has this problem happened to anyone else?
I fixed the problem. It was just a matter of turning off the actual answering machine attached to my phone. I must have turned it on (pressing the button) recently without knowing and the answering machine seems to trump the shaw voicemail. Thanks for your help in any event, Lynn.

I've not heard of this as a common issue lately, but we should be able to get to the bottom of it.
The first thing I'd recommend doing, is to login to the Phone Portal via http://phone.shaw.ca. Once logged in, please try disabling and re-enabling the Voice Mail to Email feature.
