I cannot sign in to My Account. Just started this week. I never had a problem. I am running WindowsXP Ver 8 Has anyone else had this problem?

I never have had any problems signing in to MY ACCOUNT until the last couple of days. I am receiving an error message unable to Log In. I called Shaw they said it is my browser and must be running Explorer Ver 8. My operating system is Win XP Pro. I have never had a problem. Can anyone help me in regard to this matter.
