Please advise what's happening with channels being scrambled and on some an error code. I have tried live chat (no window appears on my screen) and tech support (one hour wait - not acceptable) since last night at 7:00 pm.. Please advise.

Very sorry to hear you've been having issues with your television service! Generally these sorts of issues are caused by a poor signal to the receiver itself. I'd recommend taking a look at our How to troubleshoot poor picture quality / pixelation document and following the troubleshooting steps contained within it.
