Good morning lastic
I'll be happy to check into this for you. That error message is indicating that too many emails have been sent out within a certain time period, resulting in a soft lock which prevents any more from being sent out. Our server does do this to prevent spamming (not to say that's what you are trying to do).
Are you aware of any large number of emails being sent out from your email address, or any similar activity?
i do not do large emails am i being hijacked
It's possible then that you may have some malware on your machine, sending out email without your knowledge. We do lock port 25 to our own mailserver, although it's this which could be used for this purpose.
What I would recommend is that you run a full system scan with your anti virus software. If you don't have any installed, we offer our Shaw Secure product at no charge to our Internet customers.
It may also be worth it to change your email account password through My Account.
