I signed for a paperless bill at shaw but do not get email notifications when my bill is due. I checked my shaw email but also can't find any e-bills. Can I start getting e-bill notifications?

If you signed up for Easy Billing you should be receiving notifications via email when your bill is ready. Perhaps we have the wrong email address on file? You can check this by signing in to your My Account then selecting "My Profile" at the left-hand side of the page. Once you are in here, you should see a section called "eBill" in which you should be able to either sign up for eBilling or confirm that we have the correct email address on file for you.
Also, I'd recommend checking your junk email to see if perhaps the bill is ending up in there, as we've had some cases of that happening unfortunately.
