According to the Sean, here in Lounge, we could ask some clarification for any questions.
Does Shaw classify customers as 1st, 2nd class citizens (>_<) > ? I won't stayed for 7years "if It Does"
As kevinds pointed out, this is a quote from westwing77, not from Sean. It is not the view of Sean or of Shaw that any of our customers are "2nd class citizens". We treat all of our customers as 1st class.
If there is anything specific that may have made you feel that we treat you as a 2nd class, please let us know.
That is a quote from westwing77 here https://community.shaw.ca/message/4431#4431 Concerning his fustration of having to purchase new hardware to view the new TV channels being added to the channel lineup.
I never meant that particular Statement was from Sean. Sorry about that confusion. As kevinds mentioned, just a statement from one of frustrated customer. As I understood, here in Lounge we could ask questions not just related to the products.
We just find that Statement so deep. I chose Canada over the United States to be my home, for the hope that, everyone should be treated fairly here. We contribute as much as anybody else here in this country.
In addition, the reason why I asked_ I have been your customer for 7 years, not a single chance I felt like a 2nd class with you guys. Thank you!
