My call waiting was accidentally turned off. How do I get it turned back on?
Do you know how it was turned off? Or who did it?
I spoke with a representative at Shaw 4 hours ago and she said, "it looks like it was accidentally turned off. You will have to log onto customer care to fix it". So, I'm not sure who turned it off. Maybe it was me but I'm unsure. How do I turn it back on? Thank you.

Yes and it shows that my call waiting is "on".
Turn it off, and Submit/Save
Reset your phone modem (Pin-hole that is usually marked eMTA reset)
Then turn it back on, Submit/Save
Wait a couple minutes, then reset the phone modem again, and test to see if it works.
