My internet bill says I have "High-Speed Lite". It doesn't say what the speeds are, and I can't find anything on the Shaw site that lists the speed for this service. What is this plans speed, and why don't you post it on your site?
High Speed Lite is one of our older internet speeds. We said good bye to it a number of years ago. But those customers who are still subscribed to it are "grandfathered" and don't have to give it up.
It came with maximum download of 1 Mbps, upload of .256 Mbps, and bandwidth of 50 GB/month. It was fast for its time but in today's era of video streaming and graphics-intensive sites, it is a bit slow.
Our entry internet is now High Speed 10 - maximum download of 10 Mbps, upload of .512 Mbps, bandwidth of 125 GB.
I thought Lite was 5 down?
High Speed Lite 1 Mbps down, 256 Kbps up.
