Email on Blackberry Playbook

I have setup my Shaw email to come in on my Blackberry Playbook using the normal setup process of the Playbook. Although the emails seem to be coming in and I can send emails from my Shaw account, and error message comes up "Your login information for account (twpollon@shaw.ca) has changed or is incorrect. Update your longin information and try again". Any suggestions what I can do to correct this?
