At least 10 contacts in Victoria have experienced moderate to severe non-delivery of emails. System = Win7, Chrome, Thunderbird. If message gets to email@example.com then I receive it. Missing messages never get to winmail. Now the interesting item. I have two identical computers, same software etc with same router, modem IP address. Different emails but all firstname.lastname@example.org. One computer seems to be fine. When outside contact sends to email@example.com it is not received, CC of same email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org everything is fine. If xxx2 sends it to xxx1 I receive it. Problems seems to be getting better but still non-delivery of some.
Shaw help of no use. Chat tells me to phone and I have had 3 drops on phone after waiting 45 minutes each time.
