Anyone else with Shaw non-delivery of emails since 18 Nov?

At least 10 contacts in Victoria have experienced moderate to severe non-delivery of emails. System = Win7, Chrome, Thunderbird.  If message gets to then I receive it.  Missing messages never get to winmail. Now the interesting item.  I have two identical computers, same software etc with same router, modem IP address. Different emails but all  One computer seems to be fine. When outside contact sends to it is not received, CC of same email sent to everything is fine.  If xxx2 sends it to xxx1 I receive it. Problems seems to be getting better but still non-delivery of some.


Shaw help of no use.  Chat tells me to phone and I have had 3 drops on phone after waiting 45 minutes each time.
