Hi, I am having consistent issues with my internet. I am having slow speeds and very high spikes in my ping that seem to occur most evenings for a few hours, and other random times during the day.
I play computer games competitively so this is a huge issue for me, I have talked to Shaw tech support before and while I was on the phone with them my internet was working fine so they decided that the problem was not on their end.
I really think that my modem may be faulty, or Shaw is throttling my connection during peak hours... I don't know whats going on but it is very frustrating.
Would it be possible for Shaw to come and switch out my modem for a new one?
