Why cant I view, or download my bills from before June?

We can send you the PDF for the current bill and the previous five bills. But if you would like bills from before that date, we are able to send you a 'statement of account' that will break down the amount billed for each service and the amount paid each month.
You can also see a breakdown of your bill for past months by logging into https://myaccount.shaw.ca and clicking 'my bills' in the top right corner. You can actually go well past the last 6 months, including back to your June bill. Unfortunately it's not printable from that page but you can copy and paste to Notepad or Word or other document program and then print from there.

Why are the bills not available for the last year, and not the past 6? Statement of account doesn't always work. I remember in the past, I was able to view and download the bills for the past 12 months.
Other companies I ask for bills from the past 12 months, and they can produce them without any issues.
Please advice what has changed?
