Can some one give me a answers to the following questions;

  1. Upload speed. When is this going to be brought up to par with the rest of the world.The maximum upload speed for Shaw is 5 Mbps. The average in Canada is 6.4 Mbps The global average is 9.8 Mbps. Just a fun fact: New Brunswick Upload speed average is 13.62 Mbps (source Upload Speed in Canada | Net Index from Ookla ) My upload speed on LTE is higher than Shaw Cable.
  2. FTTH (Fiber To The Home). I have read a couple of articles on this on the Shaw website, but I can'f find anything regarding this any more. When is this coming an option for us to order? Other providers offer this for even cheaper than Shaw is offering their flagship bundle (100 Mbps down, 5Mbps up)
  3. When can we download our bills in PDF form for the last 12 months?
  4. Finally; When is my download speed going to be fixed? now even during the day i am not getting the maximum Speedtest.net by Ookla - My Results  This is been going on for 3+ months now.

Thank you for taking the time to answer these question with timelines.
