Problem:  Incoming messages not displaying in Shaw webmail account

For the past 24 hours my main email account with Shaw web mail will not display the Incoming messages.

This email account functions normally otherwise ie.  composes, sends mail, and it will forward an incoming message copy to my other email accounts

Just does not display the incoming message.

All my other Shaw email accounts do display incoming messages and function correctly.


Annoying problem as the main email account is linked to so many contacts and I would like to reply with main account email address.

Can any of the Shaw techs or Users offer a suggestion to fix?   Thank you in advance and I will let you know if the suggestion works out.
