I would like to see an option within Online Customer Care that allows customers an option of printing a full or simplified version of their invoice. Currently when I print my invoice, all of the advertisements and borders etc use quite a bit of ink. I can appreciate the need for the advertisements and I do view them when I look at my invoice online but do not need them in the printed version I keep for my records. I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels this way. What can I do to encourage Shaw to make this an option for it's customers in the future?
